The food and staff were great. We had 12 people and no complaints. The staff are very friendly and on top of orders and refills. Definitely give it a try!.
The good: The grilled chicken is absolutely amazing. Even better than what I could make at home. Perfectly seasoned and tender. Gordon himself would approve. The salsa was the best around. The guac was maybe a little salty but was still good. The queso was fine, maybe a bit bland, but good and safe for picky adults and kids. The host and service staff were all great, and not once was my drink empty. Everything was plated well and had properly sized American portions. You won't leave hungry. Now for the "bad". It's extremely expensive and probably on the verge of overpriced. I don't mind spending money but yikes! The night time lighting should be warmer, probably 2700-3000k lighting, not 4000-6000. True white is nice for lunch time but terrible and incredibly harsh for dinner. The parking lot is garbage and full of potholes but they inherited that mess from Khouris. If you do ever pave it, please have wide spaces with a buffer zone between spaces. Your clientele at the Germantown location will thank you. Will definitely add Blue Margarita to our restaurant rotation but probably only once every four to six weeks.

Tried dine-in for the first time here since they opened. Great atmosphere, great service. Complimentary chips and salsa were amazing! Portion sizes are plentiful and their blue margarita is yummy! Welcome to GHills!
The food was delicious! We had a large group and ordered several different items like carnitas tacos, steak burritos, taco salads etc. All was really good! It was served hot and looked beautiful. The service was great as well, always refilling drinks, refilling the chip bowls and bringing extra napkins without being asked. Overall very good experience! We would recommend a pop of color instead of all gray walls and the lighting could be a warmer color. We will likely be back!
The dinners were outstanding! Portion sizes are larger than expected. Service was great. Only suggestion I can make is change the lighting inside the dining area. Very bright white lighting which actually irritates your eyes. Warm lighting would be easier on the eyes and make the dining experience comfortable. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend Blue Margaritas!
This is a great place to eat at with friends ,family and the food was amazing. the service was awesome and great communication and friendly staff and well kept and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Such a great place to relax and enjoy some good food. Sit at the bar if you like and watch some sports, or dine at a table with some friends. Try the enchilladas and some queso dip. The top shelg margarita with Anejo tequilla is very smooth on the rocks.
